Refunds apply to courses sold on our website that do not require a membership subscription. Non-downloadable courses are eligible for refunds. However, downloadable courses and any knowledge or content delivered through our Smart AITutor are non-refundable due to their instant accessibility. We do not provide refunds for these digital products to maintain integrity and prevent misuse.
To request a refund, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your request, we will send an email confirmation acknowledging it. After reviewing your request, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
