  • 3/27 of a class voted for a trip to Cape Coast Castle. What is that fraction in its simplest form?

    Answer: 1/9 — Divide top and bottom by 3: 3 ÷ 3 = 1 and 27 ÷ 3 = 9, so 3/27 is the same as 1/9.
